Like anyone who works long hours, he still needs to put aside some time to have fun with his family.This series documents the Valastros as they head into an RV to take a memorable summer road trip through the South. Buddy, wife Lisa and their four children begin in their home state of New Jersey, then head south through South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Louisiana as they experience some of the best things the region has to offer. A slice of Americana is on the itinerary in the form of visits to Graceland and Dollywood and, of course, the master baker includes food in his vacation plans. Buddy and his family make saltwater taffy the old-fashioned way in Myrtle Beach, enjoy a crab platter and fried chicken in Georgia, and sample etouffee in New Orleans.

Four professional bakers turn their talents up to high to prove they have what it takes to sit at the table with Buddy Valastro. The baking competition allows the bakers to showcase their talents and the winner has the opportunity to have his or her custom-made creations sold to the public on Carlo's Bakery website. "Bake You Rich" tests not only the contestants' skills with the oven but also showcases their business savvy. There are three challenges, with the final two competitors going head-to-head in the finale to mass-produce their sweets while dealing with machinery that is malfunctioning, recipe changes, and many other obstacles. Thanksgiving is a time for family, reflecting and taking the time to give thanks to family and friends. Five chefs from around the country put their spin on this food lovers holiday. Each episode features two rounds. In the first round, they take a classic Thanksgiving side and reinvent it, with the winner getting an advantage in the second round. In round two, the chefs are asked to make an entire turkey dinner in just one hour, after which one will be eliminated. As the four remaining chefs move on, they use leftovers and work to turn sweet pies into a holiday side, with another one eliminated at the end. The three remaining chefs now move on to the finale. In the first round of the finale, one chef is eliminated -- and once two are left standing -- they must make a full Thanksgiving meal in three hours, with the winner walking away with $25,000.
