"Mr Inbetween" is a half-hour drama series inspired by the cult film "The Magician." It centers around Ray Shoesmith -- a father, ex-husband, boyfriend and best friend. All tough roles to juggle in the modern age, but it's even harder when you're a criminal for hire. Shoesmith is a man who has been hardened by the prison system and his experiences there. Now, he is learning how to deal with life in the real world -- even attending anger management classes -- away from the bars of prison, where actions always have consequences.

Inspired by actual events, "Trust" delves into the trials and triumphs of one of America's wealthiest and unhappiest families, the Gettys. Equal parts family history, dynastic saga and an examination of the corrosive power of money, "Trust" explores the complexities at the heart of every family, rich or poor. Told over multiple seasons and spanning the 20th century, the series begins in 1973 with the kidnapping of John Paul Getty III, an heir to the Getty oil fortune, by the Italian mafia in Rome. His captors banked on a multimillion-dollar ransom. But Paul's grandfather, enigmatic oil tycoon J. Paul Getty Sr. -- possibly the richest man in the world -- is busy being marooned in a Tudor mansion in the English countryside with a harem of mistresses and a pet lion. Paul's father, J. Paul Getty Jr., is lost in a daze in London and refuses to answer the phone. Only Paul's mother, Gail Getty, is left to negotiate with the increasingly desperate kidnappers. Unfortunately, she's broke.
This limited series brings viewers inside one of the most prolific American court cases of the 20th century -- the O.J. Simpson murder trial -- from the lawyers' viewpoints. Based on the book "The Run of His Life," the 10-episode series details behind-the-scenes dealings and maneuvering by both the prosecution and defense as they try to convince the jury to side with them in what was dubbed "the trial of the century." Key elements of the trial that are explored involve overconfidence by the prosecution and the LAPD's history with the black community in Los Angeles. The all-star cast includes Oscar winner Cuba Gooding Jr. as the Hall of Fame football player, Oscar nominee John Travolta as Robert Shapiro and Nathan Lane as F. Lee Bailey.
The award-winning anthology series returns for a seventh installment, which satirizes the 2016 U.S. presidential election by detailing very different -- yet predictable -- effects it has on two people in Michigan. In one corner is skittish mom Ally, who co-owns a restaurant with her wife. Ally's array of phobias pre-election are now getting worse, to the point where she's hallucinating about such horrors as knife-wielding lunatics in clown costumes. Or are those visions real? Meanwhile, across town is Kai, a representation of sorts of "angry" white males who celebrate the current political climate. He's Ally's worst fear, and her weakening grasp on reality produces tragic consequences.
"Snowfall" is a drama set against the infancy of the crack cocaine epidemic in Los Angeles and its ultimate radical impact on the culture as we know it. The story follows numerous characters on a violent collision course, including Franklin Saint, a young street entrepreneur on a quest for power; Gustavo "El Oso" Zapata, a Mexican wrestler caught up in a power struggle within a crime family; Teddy McDonald, a CIA operative running from a dark past who begins an off-book operation to fund the Nicaraguan Contras; and Lucia Villanueva, the self-possessed daughter of a Mexican crime lord. In "Snowfall," everyone is working toward their ultimate goals of money, power, and influence as we enter 1984 in Los Angeles. Franklin is starting to experience the perils of success, while Teddy finds his off-book drug-funded operation may be vulnerable from unexpected sources, and the drug-running couple Gustavo and Lucia discover the potency of crack and try to exploit it.
