After experiencing ghostly encounters at young ages, Bob Magill and Tina Storer eventually learned to overcome their fears. Now, they help others do the same. The paranormal investigators take on frightening, personal hauntings in part by employing a unique therapeutic method developed by Magill, who created the web series "Ghost Bait" in 2011. After conducting their own paranormal investigation, Bob and Tina use their findings to elevate a client's fear level, and then use that terror as bait to draw out the entity and force a confrontation. By facing their worst fears head on, Magill and Storer believe the living can overpower the negative forces around them to reclaim their sense of peace and control.

The Tennessee Wraith Chasers (TWC) are passionate paranormal investigators. The team has a specific niche in the supernatural realm -- seeking out activity at asylums, sanitariums and mental hospitals. Unlike other teams, TWC isn't content to conjure up incorporeal beings and collect evidence; it uses traps to capture restless spirits. With common sense and adventurous tendencies, the team either debunks or validates each case it researches, whose venues include hospitals where dead nurses roam the halls and a rehab center that has cries coming from the windows.

People often think that ghosts and other spirits live in and "haunt" buildings. But people don't usually think the same thing about objects like paintings, jewelry and dolls. But the Zaffis family, led by dad John, not only thinks that ghosts can inhabit such objects, they collect what they think are paranormal objects. John Zaffis is a paranormal investigator who has been asked to consult on hauntings for nearly four decades. Through the years, he has amassed thousands of possessed objects that he keeps in his bizarre museum, where visitors report feeling an evil presence upon entering the building. Assisting John on his investigations are his children, Chris and Aimee. Also along for the (potentially scary) ride are tech specialist Brian Cano, who has been fascinated by the paranormal since he was young, and an additional psychic investigator or two.
