Fall Sunday mornings on ESPN are football-filled, with a smorgasbord of programming to prepare fans for a day's worth of NFL action. Adding to the lineup is a weekly edition of "NFL Insiders." Host Trey Wingo is joined by former NFL safety and scout Louis Riddick and veteran reporters Adam Schefter and Chris Mortensen to present up-to-the-minute reports on the day's matchups, including roster transactions and injuries. Firsthand knowledge of breaking league news is also an insider's specialty.
There are up to 16 games played each week during the NFL season, and each one has a crucial moment, a turning point, that plays a large role in the game's outcome. As the title suggests, "NFL Turning Point" examines those crucial moments for two games each week. Hosted by Dan Patrick, the show utilizes NFL Films' unprecedented access and unique cinematography to analyze the games' turning points from numerous angles. The show often features games involving the two teams scheduled to play each other in the upcoming week's marquee Sunday night game.
As the college football season season shifts into high gear, "Championship Drive: Who's In?" recaps the most important games and how the results affect the College Football Playoff rankings. Host Adnan Virk and a rotating cast of analysts including Rece Davis, Heather Dinich, Brad Edwards, Danny Kanell, Mark May and Robert Smith debate the weekend's winners and losers, and which teams are best positioned to be among the final four playoff picks.
If you're a football fan in general, and specifically of the intricacies of playing the quarterback position, then "Gruden's QB Camp" is not to be missed. The series of specials features former Super Bowl-winning coach and current "Monday Night Football" analyst Jon Gruden in one-on-one, in-depth coaching sessions and film study with quarterback draft prospects. Gruden preps a custom lesson for each prospect that highlights strengths and identifies areas of improvement for the QB to be successful at the NFL level. An on-field workout concludes each program. Tim Tebow, Cam Newton, Andy Dalton, Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III are among the quarterbacks who have participated. The series also occasionally features non-quarterbacks, perhaps most notably Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te'o.

They say everything's bigger in Texas, and that may not be more true than with the Lone Star State's love of football. High-school football is probably more popular in Texas than in any other state. To get kids prepared to play at a high level, they have to start at a young age. This docuseries offers an inside look at children as young as 8 who play in the Texas Youth Football Association, one of the largest independent youth football leagues in America, which teaches kids the fundamentals of the game. "Friday Night Tykes" follows several teams, on and off the field, as they compete for the state championship. Among the challenges the players face are extreme training drills, heckling from fans, and balancing on-the-field expectations with living a typical childhood away from the gridiron.
