When someone has cosmetic surgery, it doesn't always turn out as planned. So what happens when a procedure is botched? If they're on this reality series, they head to renowned plastic surgeons Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow, who try to reverse damages from the original procedure. Each hourlong episode follows a patient through the process of correcting failed operations, from the complex procedures to the intensive recovery process and -- ultimately -- the reveal of the successful transformation.

Drs. Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif leave their Southern California home base to try to help patients across America who have been botched by genetics or traumatic incidents. The doctors travel the country in search of people who are willing to share their stories on TV and in return have their lives transformed by the physicians. As they spend time together on the road, Dubrow and Nassif learn things about each other that they never thought they'd know. The hourlong episodes also see the doctors checking in with former patients from "Botched."
