A relaxing getaway with an oceanfront view is only a renovation away for families featured in this series. They are searching for a home away from home that has beach access and is affordable. Each episode follows the progress toward purchasing a fixer upper, which the family then transforms into its very own sun-drenched oasis. While some of the properties require full guts, including to the kitchens, bathrooms and master suites, others are made whole with relatively simple cosmetic changes and additions to outdoor spaces.

These couples are wary about parting with their life savings and aren't willing to compromise or commit to major decisions. Atlanta Real Estate Agent Anna Kilinski, visionary Contractor Jen Metzger, and Designer to the stars Michel Smith Boyd stepped to the plate to help these couples, they discuss their wants and needs before going out and purchasing a home without the couple ever seeing it. When the reveal happens, the experts renovate the house to transform it into the house of their dreams. With the pressure on, can the experts create these dream homes?
When a person gets into a serious relationship, one of the important things to consider is where they will live when moving in together -- will one move into the other's existing home, or will the partners move into a completely new residence? "Yours, Mine or Ours" tries to help couples make that decision. Los Angeles real estate tycoon Reza Farahan and interior designer Taylor Spellman offer their expertise to help the couples in their deliberations. Farahan and Spellman help the couples reach one of two decisions: renovate one of their current homes to satisfy the partner's needs or combine their budgets to buy a new place to live. Spellman presents the couples with 3-D renderings of how they can transform their current spaces, while Farahan tempts each couple by showing two new properties that they can make their own.
