Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America and newcomer Falcon are members of the Avengers featured in this animated series. Iron Man leads the team, as the heroes live and train in their new headquarters in Avengers Tower. When the team assembles, no villain stands a chance, as the Avengers work together to counter evildoers. Whether they're stopping Dr. Doom from conquering Asgard or preventing Dracula from unleashing vampire hordes, the Avengers do whatever it takes to succeed and make sure that good prevails.
This animated series based on the blockbuster film of the same name follows the newly formed team that has found a strange artifact linked to the DNA of Peter Quill. When he opens it, Quill unleashes a map that leads to the location of the Cosmic Seed, a powerful weapon that has the ability to give birth to the next universe. The Guardians must locate and protect the Cosmic Seed and keep it out of the hands of evildoers who would abuse its powers, including trickster Loki, the conniving brothers the Collector and the Grandmaster, and galactic big boss Thanos.
When new Decepticons appear, Optimus Prime summons Bumblebee and gives him the task of saving Earth. To help him, the veteran Autobot assembles a rogue team of young bots to capture the new enemies. The new Autobot recruits include a rebel "bad boy," an elite guard cadet, a bombastic dinobot and a hyperactive mini-con. The recruits provide a challenge for Bumblebee because, while each is a fully capable hero, they are inexperienced when it comes to working as a team. So Bumblebee has to learn how to balance his role as a leader of the new squad with his job of fighting evil forces as he works to complete the mission.
This follow-up to the popular "Teen Titans" series takes a more comedic look at the superheroes, showing what life is like for the teens when their capes come off. Funny things happen to Robin, Starfire, Raven, Beast Boy and Cyborg between saving the world and being regular teens, living together without adult supervision. The teens, in their ordinary lives, deal with the everyday issues of adolescence that include such important things as having staring contests to determine who does the laundry and going on a series of quests to construct the perfect sandwich. But, of course, the heroes still fight crime in Jump City when the need arises. Whatever the situation, they're always ready for an adventure -- inside the house or out of it.
Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg, reprising his role from "The Avengers" and "Iron Man" ) heads an elite team of fellow agents with the worldwide law-enforcement organization known as SHIELD (Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement and Logistics Division), as they investigate strange occurrences around the globe. Its members -- each of whom brings a specialty to the group -- work with Coulson to protect those who cannot protect themselves from extraordinary and inconceivable threats, including a formidable group known as Hydra.
