The agents use their charm, good looks and business savvy to stay on top of the competitive heap in the real estate market. After the client selects one of the plans, the family pair must work together to turn the chosen vision into a reality. Facing decor dilemmas and makeover malfunctions along the way, the mother-daughter team hopes to deliver the desired results without cracking under the pressure.
"Shahs of Sunset" follows some Persian-American friends in Los Angeles who try to juggle their active social lives and careers while also balancing the demands of their families and traditions. The socialites have busy dating lives and are prominent in the party scene, but they seek approval from their families as they face pressure to settle down and marry within the community. Among the featured friends are real estate agent Mercedes, controversial singer Asa and classic "Persian Princess" Golnesa.

The "Below Deck" franchise sets sail with a new boat, crew and location in this series that follows nine members of a crew who live and work aboard a 150-foot yacht. As the ship journeys through the Mediterranean, each episode features a new group of elite passengers, with each group presenting a different set of challenges for the crew. Leading the ship's team in the first season is Capt. Mark Howard, a veteran of nearly 30 years on yachts, who demands professionalism of his staff and says the golden rule of yachting is "the guest is always right." In Season 2, Sandy Yawn takes over as the captain, one of the few females in the yachting industry to hold the position. Other crew members include chief stewardess Hannah, who sees the Mediterranean as the ultimate location for yachting.
