This docuseries follows members of the magazine's staff as they work to let readers know about the latest in the areas of music, fashion, beauty, celebrities and more. Working for Cosmo, as it's known, comes with an all-access VIP lifestyle, but it is also a stressful job that often pushes the staffers past their limits as they strive to release the best publication that they can every month in a time when print publications are on the decline. The hourlong episodes showcase the behind-the-scenes drama associated with the celebrity encounters and beauty shoots that the staff members experience while on the job.

An hourlong weekend version is less news-heavy and focuses on in-depth feature stories and themed shows. Natalie Morales currently hosts the daily show.

It's a story tailor-made for a reality-TV series: "E! News" anchor Giuliana DePandi and first "Apprentice" winner Bill Rancic met during an interview, were engaged in 2006 and married the next year. So, of course, Style, E!'s sister network, ordered a series featuring the celebrity couple. "Giuliana & Bill" features the couple as they're seen navigating their not-quite-ideal relationship with many phone calls and flights, as he runs businesses in Chicago and she works in Los Angeles. Although he eventually moves out west to be with his wife in the City of Angels.
